This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed. An ancient form of Japanese Energy Healing that reduces tension and helps promote healing by gentle touch.
The objective of Reiki is to determine where the system is out of balance and to create the necessary environment for rebalancing and healing.
During a session a person remains fully clothed and will be lying on a treatment bed, you simply have to be relaxed and open to receiving healing.
